At GFS, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To initiate a return, email us at support@weargfs.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us at support@weargfs.com to arrange an exchange.
Final Sale Items Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
